The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will receive a Human Rights award during the Ripple of Hope Award Gala in New York City in December.
The human rights non-profit organization named – Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights has decided to award the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights award to Meghan Markle(41) and Prince Harry(38).
According to the president of the non-profit organization, Kerry Kennedy, Prince Harry and Meghan Markel are being recognized for their philanthropic work carried out through the Archwell Foundation and also for being a voice against racism.
Kennedy (63) said, “They went to the oldest institution in UK history and told them what they were doing wrong, that they couldn’t have structural racism within the institution; that they could not maintain a misunderstanding about mental health,”.
