Dylan Mulvaney Stuns on the Grammys Red Carpet After Facial Feminisation Surgery

Dylan Mulvaney made her first public appearance since revealing her gorgeous face in a video.

On Sunday afternoon, the adored social media star strutted down the Grammys red carpet in a Christian Siriano crimson floor-length halterneck gown. Mulvaney wore sparkling dangling earrings and rings over red opera gloves, giving the impression that she was Audrey Hepburn from today. She finished the look with winged eyeliner and red lipstick from trans makeup artist Laurel Charleston, who correctly referred to Mulvaney as an “icon.” Her hair was piled on top of her head in an elegant updo.

The Tiktok star captioned the Instagram post “What’s SHE doing there?!”

In her most recent reveal video, which she posted at the end of January to share the results of her facial feminization surgery, Mulvaney also paid homage to midcentury cinematic glam. Even though the video shows Mulvaney in a futuristic mechanical dress that looks like a flower, she then walks onto the stage in a little black dress with matching opera gloves and a string of pearls, clearly referencing some of Audrey Hepburn’s most famous looks.

Prior to the pandemic, Dylan toured as a performer in the musical The Book of Mormon, Her daily video series, “Days Of Being A Girl,” which she began in March 2022 to document her transition, has made her famous on Social Media.

Dylan underwent facial feminisation surgery (FFS) on December 17, 2022, a procedure that makes the face appear more traditionally feminine. The media personality made fewer posts while she was recovering, posting videos from before her surgery or occasionally updating her followers on how her healing was going.

Dylan finally revealed her big “face reveal” two months after the surgery in a series of Instagram posts.

Mulvaney may have attended the Grammys for the first time, but she already appears to be a seasoned veteran when it comes to dressing for the occasion.
